Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
During peak periods, product releases, or restocks, processing times may take slightly longer.

Pre-order items will be shipped once stock has arrived. Estimated release dates are provided by suppliers and may be subject to change.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted New Zealand couriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship exclusively within New Zealand (update if you want international shipping included).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on the website.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery within New Zealand:

  • Urban: 1–3 business days

  • Rural: 2–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or public holidays.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are shipped once the product is officially released and arrives in our warehouse.

  • If your order contains in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together when all items are available, unless separate shipping is arranged.

Order Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
Factory imperfections, minor box dents, and standard manufacturing print defects are not considered shipping damage.
