KollectaKa – Terms & Conditions

By accessing and making purchases from KollectaKa, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and apply to all orders placed through our website.

1. Products

  • KollectaKa specialises in sealed Pokémon TCG products, collectible items, and accessories.

  • All products we sell are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.

  • Product photos and pack images are for reference only. Actual artwork or packaging variations may occur depending on the production run or supplier.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing on our website is displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  • Prices may be adjusted at any time without advance notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout before an order is processed.

  • We accept secure online payment methods including Stripe, PayPal, and other approved services.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery times within New Zealand typically take 1–3 working days, though delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, reshipping fees will apply.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • We offer refunds or replacements only in situations where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit.

  • We do not provide refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Dissatisfaction with the random contents of sealed TCG products (e.g., pull rates, card rarity, artwork)

5. Freebies, Bonuses & Promotions

  • KollectaKa occasionally includes promotional items or freebies with selected orders. These may vary depending on stock and ongoing promotions.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without notice.

6. Pre-Orders

  •  Payment
    Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed. Your payment confirms your pre-order and allows us to place the required order with our supplier.
  •  Pre-Order Cancellation & Refunds
    All pre-orders are non-refundable for change of mind once the pre-order has been placed.
  • This includes changing your mind, no longer wanting the product, finding the product cheaper elsewhere, or any other reason unrelated to a failure by us to meet our legal obligations.
  •  Supplier & Stock Availability
    Pre-orders are placed with our suppliers based on the quantity ordered by customers. While we make every effort to fulfil all pre-orders, availability may be affected by supplier stock levels, production changes, allocation limits, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include a refund.
  •  Estimated Release & Arrival Dates
    Any release, dispatch, or arrival dates provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, production, customs, freight, or other circumstances outside our control.
  •  Product Pricing
    Pre-order prices are based on the market and supplier pricing available at the time the pre-order is listed. Prices may change for future batches due to market fluctuations. Your confirmed pre-order price will not be changed after your order has been placed, unless otherwise clearly stated before purchase.
  •  Product Condition
    All products will be supplied as described in the product listing. Where applicable, products may be factory-sealed or packaged according to the manufacturer's original specifications.
  •  Consumer Guarantees Act
    Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
  • If a product does not meet the guarantees required by law, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
  •  Changes to Pre-Orders
    If there are significant changes to the product, availability, or fulfilment of your pre-order, we will contact you and provide information about the available options.
  •  By Placing a Pre-Order
    By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions and agree to them.

7. Legal Compliance

  • By placing an order with KollectaKa, you agree to comply with all applicable New Zealand laws, including consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

  • Customers ordering from outside New Zealand (where special arrangements apply) are responsible for any import fees, customs charges, or taxes in their own country.

8. Liability

  • KollectaKa is not responsible for courier delays, unexpected transit issues, or events outside our control.

  • Our liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the original purchase.
