  • KollectaKa specialises in sealed Pokémon TCG products, collectible items, and accessories.

  • All products we sell are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.

  • Product photos and pack images are for reference only. Actual artwork or packaging variations may occur depending on the production run or supplier.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing on our website is displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  • Prices may be adjusted at any time without advance notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout before an order is processed.

  • We accept secure online payment methods including Stripe, PayPal, and other approved services.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery times within New Zealand typically take 1–3 working days, though delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, reshipping fees will apply.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

    • Dissatisfaction with the random contents of sealed TCG products (e.g., pull rates, card rarity, artwork)

  • Pre-order items will be shipped once they arrive from our suppliers.

  • Release dates and arrival times are estimates and may change.

  • If a significant delay or cancellation occurs, we will contact affected customers with available options.

  • By placing an order with KollectaKa, you agree to comply with all applicable New Zealand laws, including consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

  • Customers ordering from outside New Zealand (where special arrangements apply) are responsible for any import fees, customs charges, or taxes in their own country.
